Maze/RUBE_BuildingElements, errors & problem-zones

Render distance problem, partial rendering of "building" since we have n objects/building elements, LOD problem?

not one element of the building is rendered at a distance of ~400-500 meters:

full building rendered (beeing at the same spot as in the previous shot) but zoomed in:

z-/depht-fighting at the edge of tightly placed objects (and at corners where they have to overlap - it's how the maze-algorithm works :/)

plants inside the building, mabye a floor would help?

slopes/uneven ground

inside illumination

Also note that it's bright inside the building as outside of it. Shouldn't it be dark in there? There are no windows or whatsoever..
